Position located in Getafe (Spain) within Airbus Defence and Space. This role is focused on identifying potential threats or risks associated with new hires and ensuring that recruitments comply with corporate security standards and internal policies. Responsibilities • Raise awareness of classified information access requirements to ensure a secure and compliant hiring process., • Analyse candidates through open‑source intelligence to verify alignment with Airbus values., • Conduct open‑source research and assess candidates’ digital footprint and public online presence., • Monitor public and private information sources for potential threats., • Recommend mitigation measures where necessary., • Identify and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness and compliance of the Secure Hiring process., • Ensure all intelligence activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines, including data privacy and human rights., • Cooperate with Human Resources throughout the hiring process., • Support continuous improvement of Secure Hiring policies, procedures and tools., • Deliver awareness and training sessions related to Secure Hiring. Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligence Studies, Intelligence Analysis, Security, Criminology, International Relations, Computer Engineering, Industrial/Aeronautical/Communications Engineering, or related disciplines., • Additional education or certifications in Intelligence, OSINT, Cyber Intelligence or knowledge of classified information protection are considered a plus. Experience • Experience in security‑related roles, particularly in protection of classified information and application of national/international regulations., • Experience in intelligence and threat analysis, including identification, assessment and monitoring of risk affecting people, assets, information and business operations., • Familiarity with information security tools and technologies, and knowledge of relevant security legislation., • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to prepare clear and concise reports., • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, team spirit, and proactive attitude., • Capacity for analysis and synthesis, analytical and problem‑solving skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; time‑management and task‑prioritization skills., • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion., • Proficiency in the use of computer tools and security software. Skills • Ability to conduct open‑source research and intelligence gathering., • Knowledge of security legislation and regulatory compliance., • Competence in risk assessment and mitigation strategies., • Strong communication and training delivery capabilities. Languages • Fluency in Spanish., • Advanced level of English (oral and written).
