Therefore, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic IT Infraestructure Security Project Manager. /p h3Goals /h3 pAs an IT Infrastructure Security Project Manager, your primary goal is to successfully lead and deliver a portfolio of concurrent small‑to‑mid sized IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects in a global, hybrid Azure environment, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. Drive demand intake, prioritization, and capacity orchestration across internal teams and MSPs/vendors, while proactively managing risks and dependencies. Contribute to uplifting project delivery and security governance maturity from ad‑hoc practices to consistent, scalable standards. /p h3Position Overview /h3 pThe IT Infrastructure Security Project Manager is a member of the Infrastructure Team with strong technical context (non‑hands‑on) to orchestrate delivery across global/local IT teams, Security, DevOps/Cloud, and external partners. The role focuses on structured project execution, vendor/MSP management, stakeholder alignment from engineers to leadership, and continuous improvement of project governance (templates, reporting, gates) to accelerate cloud transformation, strengthen cybersecurity posture, improve implementation efficiency, and reduce business/IT risk. /p h3Main Tasks /h3 ul lib1. Demand Intake, Prioritization and Capacity Orchestration: /b ul liRun structured intake for new initiatives; clarify goals, scope, outcomes, and feasibility. /li liFacilitate prioritization with sponsors and IT leadership based on value, urgency, risk, and capacity. /li liOrchestrate capacity across internal teams and MSPs/vendors; manage dependencies and resource conflicts. /li /ul /li lib2. Project Planning and Definition: /b ul liDefine scope, deliverables, milestones, budget, risks/issues/assumptions/dependencies (RAID), and acceptance criteria for IT infrastructure and security initiatives. /li liDevelop comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, critical path analysis, and contingency plans. /li liFacilitate requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical project specifications. /li /ul /li lib3. Project Execution and Management: /b ul liLead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including day‑to‑day oversight, task allocation, and progress tracking. /li liEnsure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed to the required quality standards. /li liApply project management best practices and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) as appropriate for each project. /li /ul /li lib4. Project Closure Documentation: /b ul liEnsure proper project closure, including documentation of lessons learned. /li liConduct post‑project reviews to identify areas for improvement. /li liArchive project documentation for future reference. /li /ul /li lib5. Stakeholder Communication and Coordination: /b ul liEstablish and maintain robust communication channels with all project stakeholders, including technical teams, business units, vendors, and senior management. /li liCoordinate external partners for hands‑on implementation; ensure clear responsibilities (RACI), milestone tracking, and quality. /li liProvide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues, and facilitate decision‑making processes. /li /ul /li lib6. Risk and Issue Management: /b ul liIdentify, assess, and monitor project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and resolution plans. /li liProactively address impediments and drive solutions to keep projects on track. /li liDocument and communicate risk management strategies to all relevant parties. /li /ul /li lib7. Resource and Budget Management: /b ul liManage project resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization (including personnel, equipment, and finances). /li liTrack project expenditures against budget, providing regular forecasts and managing variances. /li liWork with procurement to manage vendor contracts and service level agreements related to project delivery. /li /ul /li lib8. Quality Assurance and Control: /b ul liEnsure all project deliverables adhere to established quality standards, technical specifications, and organizational policies (e.g., security, compliance). /li liFacilitate testing and validation activities, ensuring solutions meet functional and non‑functional requirements. /li liOversee project documentation and ensure proper handover to operational teams. /li /ul /li lib9. Emerging Technologies and Best Practices: /b ul liStay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT infrastructure, cloud computing (especially Microsoft Azure), and cybersecurity. /li liEvaluate and recommend new solutions or approaches that can benefit future projects or improve existing infrastructure. /li /ul /li /ul h3Requirements for the function holder /h3 h3Education /h3 pAdditional / Certifications: /p ul liProject Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). /li liMicrosoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ‑900). /li /ul h3Preferred (nice to have) /h3 ul liAgile/Scrum certification. /li liAzure Administrator (AZ‑104) and/or Azure Solutions Architect (AZ‑305). /li liSecurity certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor). /li liITIL Foundation. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liProven experience managing a portfolio of concurrent small‑to‑mid sized IT infrastructure and/or security projects. /li liExperience in global, cross‑functional environments coordinating international local teams and senior stakeholders. /li liStrong experience managing MSPs/vendors (scope, milestones, quality, escalation, and delivery governance). /li liDemonstrated budget, timeline, dependency, and risk management in complex technical environments. /li liExperience introducing or improving PM governance (templates, reporting, gates, decision forums) is highly valued. /li /ul h3Knowledge Skills /h3 h3Technical understanding (non‑hands‑on) /h3 ul liAzure and hybrid infrastructure concepts; cloud migration/adoption/modernization; DevOps‑oriented collaboration. /li liAzure governance concepts and operational readiness. /li liIAM, network segmentation, SD‑WAN, Zero Trust. /li liEndpoint security, EDR, SOC/SIEM integration. /li liData protection (DLP/encryption) and OT/industrial IT security considerations. /li liProject tooling (e.g., Microsoft Planner, Jira). /li /ul h3Project leadership skills /h3 ul liStrong stakeholder management and executive‑ready communication; leadership through influence (no direct authority). /li liStrong commitment to quality, attention to detail, and continuous improvement. /li liAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously. /li liLanguages: English required, German a big plus, French / Italian / Spanish a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
