This role is essential to ensuring the safety of facilities, maintaining regulatory compliance, and assisting in the continuous improvement of physical security measures. The responsibilities of the profile will be divided into the following topics: /pulliMonitor the installation and maintenance of PCI equipment such as fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, alarms, and sprinklers. /liliEnsure that all fire safety equipment isfully operational and compliant with applicable regulations. /liliConduct regular inspections and internal audits of PCI elements to ensure the maximum effectiveness of safety systems. /liliCoordinate with external vendors to ensure timely maintenance of all physical security systems. /liliSupervise the quality of service provided by contractors and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly. /li /ulpbExternal Firefighting Team Management: /b /pulliLead and manage the internal/external firefighting team, ensuring proper coordination, availability, and operational readiness. /liliServe as the primary point of contact for firefighting team members, addressing concerns and facilitating communication with management. /li /ulpbExternal PCI Maintenance Service Management: /b /pulliManage and supervise external contractors responsible for regulatory PCI maintenance, ensuring compliance with all legal and safety requirements. /liliCoordinate scheduled maintenance activities with external service providers, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. /liliReview and approve maintenance reports, certifications, and regulatory documentation provided by contractors. /liliEnsure corrective actions from maintenance inspections are implemented promptly and effectively. /liliTrack maintenance schedules and ensure all regulatory deadlines are met to maintain full compliance. /li /ulpbSupport for New Physical Security Projects: /b /pulliAssist in the planning and implementation of new physical security projects, from the design phase to final execution, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. /liliCollaborate in risk assessments to identify necessary improvements or new implementations related to physical security. /liliWork with other departments to ensure new security measures are effectively integrated into daily operations. /li /ulpbRegulatory Compliance and Training: /b /pulliEnsure compliance with current regulations related to physical security and PCI, staying up to date with regulatory changes. /liliSupport training activities for staff on emergency procedures and the use of PCI equipment. /liliMaintain documentation and evidence for regulatory audits and certifications. /liliDevelop and update emergency response procedures and fire safety protocols. /li /ulpbCoordination with the primary responsible of Physical Security: /b /pulliCoordinate with the primary responsible forphysical security to provide support and ensure seamless service when necessary, such as during absences or vacations, maintaining full cooperation between both areas to ensure comprehensive security coverage. /liliProvide backup support for physical security operations, demonstrating flexibility and cross-functional capability. /liliSupport in leading emergency response coordination during fire incidents. /li /ulpbAdministrative and Documentation Management: /b /pulliMaintain comprehensive records of inspections, maintenance activities, incidents, KPIs and training sessions. /liliEnsure proper documentation flow between internal departments and external service providers. /liliManage administrative tasks related to service contracts, warranties, costs and compliance certificates. /li /ulpbEducation: /b /pulliTraining or equivalent experience in physical security and fire protection systems isrequired. /li /ulpbProfile: /b /ppThe following qualifications are required for this profile: /pulliExperience in emergency response or equivalent practical experience in fire protection. /liliAbility to manage multiple tasks and coordinate maintenance services. /liliKnowledge of physical security standards and fire safety regulations. /liliStrong organizational and communication skills. /liliFlexibility and teamwork skills to support cross-functional responsibilities. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and reporting. /liliLeadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate and motivate firefighting personnel. /liliExperience managing external service providers and supervising
