This ignites a ripple effect: We transform people, who then transform others, systems, society, and, ultimately, our world. /p pbOur Purpose /b /p pTo foster positive change. /p pbValues /b /p ul liCultivate the humanistic approach. /li liEmpower your entrepreneurial spirit /li liCherish the diversity of people, mind, and experience /li liDrive innovation with a proactive mindset /li /ul pWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position inbMadrid - IE Tower /b /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pbYour role as a Junior Data Translatorwill involve: /b /p ul liCollaborate with business, academic, and operational teams to understand their needs and identify opportunities for data and AI applications. /li liTranslate business requirements into clear, actionable project briefs for data scientists, data engineers, AI specialists, and other technical teams. /li liPrioritize and manage the pipeline of data and AI projects, balancing strategic goals, operational demands, and available technical capacity. /li liEnsure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering mutual understanding and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. /li liMonitor project progress, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and assess the impact of implemented solutions. /li liConduct statistical and analytical assessments of information to generate actionable insights that help business teams better understand, activate, and leverage data in their decision-making processes. /li liWork with data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric to manage, transform, and prepare information for analysis, reporting, and project execution. /li liPerform ETL processes when needed, enabling greater autonomy in technical projects and reducing dependency on other teams for certain data preparation tasks. /li liLead or contribute to end‑to‑end data projects, from understanding the business problem and transforming the required data, to performing the analysis, generating insights, and supporting implementation. /li liFacilitate training and workshops to enhance data literacy and promote AI and data adoption among academic and business teams. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve data processes, analytical capabilities, and the overall use of data across the organization. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: /b /p ul liDegree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Education, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. /li liExperience managing data, analytics, or AI-related projects is a plus. /li liStrong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and transform it into clear, actionable insights. /li liAbility to connect business needs with technical solutions, translating complex data concepts into user-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders. /li liHands‑on knowledge of ETL processes, data preparation, and data transformation. /li liFamiliarity with data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, or similar cloud-based data and analytics environments. /li liFamiliarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI. /li liUnderstanding of AI applications and their potential use in educational, academic, or business contexts. /li liStrong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills. /li liAbility to work independently, take ownership of projects, and move initiatives forward with agility. /li liA passion for education, innovation, and making a meaningful impact through data and AI. /li liUnleash your full potential and make an impact.
