Your Role🎯 • Guide customers through consultative sales conversations to help them book their ideal cruise experience., • Handle incoming calls, conduct outbound campaigns, and manage customer follow-ups using CRM., • Drive conversions, close sales, and achieve individual revenue targets. Key Requirements📌 • Native-level English (spoken and written)., • Proven experience in phone-based/consultative sales (travel, hospitality, or luxury retail background is a plus)., • Full right to work in Spain (valid work permit required)., • Availability for rotating shifts., • Based in or near Valencia, Spain.
