p h3Technical Support Associate – Barcelona /h3 pWe are looking for a curious, resourceful, and detail‑oriented Technical Support Associate to join our growing Tech and Product team in Barcelona. /p pFlowbox is a fast‑scaling SaaS company founded in 2016. Our platform enables brands to collect, manage, and publish User Generated Content (UGC) across their marketing and e‑commerce channels. Earlier this year Flowbox acquired the Danish company Dreaminfluence, a leading influencer marketing platform. Post‑acquisition Flowbox now serves more than 1,000 customers, reports close to €9M in ARR, and employs over 60 people across offices in Stockholm, Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Copenhagen. /p h3About The Team /h3 pYou will be part of our Tech and Product organisation, working closely with Engineering, Product Management, and our customer‑facing teams (Customer Success, Support, and Sales Engineering). The Technical Support team’s mission is to ensure Flowbox runs smoothly for every client, resolve technical issues efficiently, and strengthen the overall quality and reliability of our platform. /p h3Your Mission /h3 pYou will serve as a critical link between our clients, internal teams, and our development organisation. You will diagnose issues, troubleshoot technical behaviours, document bugs, and work with Engineering to ensure problems are resolved effectively and permanently. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liHandling and resolving technical queries from internal stakeholders (mainly CS) and occasionally from clients /li liAnalysing implementation setups, embed codes, scripts, and integrations to ensure Flowbox is properly configured /li liInvestigating technical issues using logs, dev tools, tests, and reproduction steps /li liFiling clear, structured bug reports and supporting our developers with the right context /li liMaintaining and expanding our technical support documentation and playbooks /li liCollaborating with our Technical Support Lead to improve processes, tools, and knowledge base /li liSupporting implementation best practices across different e‑commerce platforms and CMS setups /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liBe structured, organised, and proactive /li liBe a fast learner with strong analytical capabilities /li liBe comfortable explaining technical concepts to non‑technical people /li liHave basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with browser DevTools is a strong plus /li liHave experience in a similar technical support or implementation role (valued but not required) /li liCommunicate clearly in writing and verbally in English /li /ul pThis role requires constant interaction with internal teams and sometimes with clients, so strong communication skills and patience are essential. /p h3What You Will Learn /h3 ul liDeep understanding of the major e‑commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, Prestashop, VTEX, etc.) /li liHow the different layers of a SaaS product connect (front‑end, back‑end, APIs, modules) /li liAdvanced debugging across browsers, scripts, and third‑party integrations /li liHow to analyse and communicate product issues to engineering teams /li liHow to contribute to product improvements and influence roadmap conversations /li liSkill‑building in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript through close collaboration with Engineering /li liCoaching opportunities as the team grows /li /ul h3About Flowbox /h3 pFlowbox offers a fast‑moving yet relaxed work environment in modern offices in the heart of Barcelona.
