As we scale globally, strategic partnerships with regulators, healthcare providers, and technology ecosystems are critical to expanding our impact and credibility. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Strategic Partnership Development /h3 ul liDefine and execute Biorce’s global partnership strategy aligned with product, regulatory, and commercial priorities /li liIdentify, qualify, and prioritize strategic partners across regulators, healthcare systems, and technology ecosystems /li liBuild long‑term, scalable partnership frameworks rather than one‑off commercial deals /li /ul h3Regulatory Public Partnerships /h3 ul liLead partnerships and collaborations with regulatory authorities, public institutions, and policy‑shaping bodies /li liSupport regulatory alignment initiatives, pilot programmes, sandboxes, and innovation frameworks /li liWork closely with internal clinical, regulatory, and legal teams to ensure credibility and compliance /li /ul h3Healthcare System Partnerships /h3 ul liEstablish strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks for clinical research enablement /li liNegotiate partnership models covering data access, workflow integration, pilots, and long‑term collaboration /li liEnable Biorce’s technology to be embedded into real‑world clinical and research environments /li /ul h3Technology SaaS Alliances /h3 ul liNegotiate and manage partnerships with complementary SaaS providers (CRO tech stack, data platforms, AI tools) /li liDesign integration, co‑selling, and co‑marketing frameworks where appropriate /li liEnsure partnerships create measurable product, commercial, or strategic leverage /li /ul h3Negotiation Deal Ownership /h3 ul liOwn end‑to‑end partnership negotiations, including commercial terms, scope, governance, and KPIs /li liBalance speed, strategic value, and risk in complex, multi‑stakeholder negotiations /li /ul h3Internal Alignment Execution /h3 ul liAct as the internal owner of strategic partnerships post‑signature, ensuring value realization /li liAlign partnership outcomes with product roadmap, sales strategy. Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Commercial teams to structure agreements that scale globally /li /ul h3Who We’re Looking For /h3 pA hands‑on, executive‑level negotiator with deep regulatory and ecosystems fluency.
