ph3bJob Description /b /h3 pThis role combines Human Resources Generalist responsibilities with Personnel Administration expertise in a balanced 50/50 scope. You support employee lifecycle activities, ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance, and provide high-quality personnel administration services that enable an efficient employee experience and smooth HR operations /p h3bResponsibilities /b /h3 ul liSupport onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring timely and accurate HR administration. /li liManage employee records, personnel files, contracts, and HR systems in compliance with legal and company requirements. /li liProcess personnel administration activities including hiring, contract changes, transfers, leaves of absence, and terminations. /li liAssist employees and managers with HR policy, benefits, payroll, and employment-related inquiries. /li liEnsure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and documentation standards. /li liCoordinate recruitment administration, interview scheduling, employment documentation, and pre-employment activities. /li liSupport employee engagement, communication, and HR initiatives across the site. /li liPrepare HR reports, personnel data analyses, and administrative documentation to support business decision-making. /li /ul h3bExperience Requirements /b /h3 ul li2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Personnel Administration, or HR Shared Services. /li liBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. /li liExperience managing employee data, employment documentation, and personnel administration processes. /li liFamiliarity with labor legislation, HR systems, payroll inputs, and compliance requirements. /li liFluent in Spanish and strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and confidentiality. /li /ul h3bEqual Opportunity Employer /b /h3 pLear Corporation is committed to fair, merit‑based employment practices and equal opportunity. /p pWe provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law.
