ppBorn and based in Barcelona, Nacar is an baward-winning /b Strategic Design Agency, impassioned by our bagile and international team /b composed of over 130 creative professionals (design strategists, researchers, product and UX / UI designers, engineers, and overall creatives). /ppWe work with all-size clients from across multiple industries, collaborating in binnovation /b and establishing bsolutions and product strategies /b that apply to Industrial, Digital, Brand and Service Design. /ppWe also contribute to their digitalization, by conceptualizing and prototyping new, human centered products and services around technological capabilities. /ppWith a bhybrid-work /b model and bflexible working hours /b, we are powered by a culture of communication, collaboration, proactivity and positivity, always aiming to bhumanize technology experiences /b and to transform into the phygital future. /ppOur offices, an urban oasis, are located in the beautiful bPalo Alto /b, an old factory in Poblenou, restored and converted into studios for designers and artists. /ppNacar was made to be a place where people can bgrow and impact the world /b, and we’re in continuous growth to always provide our best. /ppWe're currently looking for a bProduct Manager CRO /b based in bBarcelona /b to join our team and work on one of our biggest clients’ Digital Experience Optimization, owning experimentation programs across their eCommerce surfaces. /ppThis is initially a 6-month project with great possibilities of extension to an indefinite contract. /ph3What will your day to day be like? /h3ullipbPartner /b with product managers, merchandisers, UX researchers, and analysts to shape bhypotheses at intake /b — coaching toward better-formed questions rather than gating on incomplete requests. /p /lilipOwn the bexperimentation roadmap /b for assigned eCommerce surfaces; arbitrate prioritization across stakeholders against shared business objectives. /p /lilipbDesign /b bexperiments /b using methodology, including overall evaluation criteria selection, holdback structure, sample-ratio integrity, and interaction-effect awareness for high-impact tests. /p /lilipManage the bexperimentation lifecycle end-to-end /b: intake clarification, development partnership with engineering, QA coordination, launch, monitoring, analysis, and results communication. /p /lilipbAdapt /b patterns from cross-stack and cross-regional experimentation work to local stakeholder context; contribute new patterns back to the shared library when locally-discovered insights generalize. /p /lilipbPartner /b with regional receiving teams on the experimentation guardrails that let those teams operate independently with confidence. /p /lilipbCommunicate /b results in language calibrated to operational, tactical, and executive audiences: winners that ship, learnings from non-winners, and decision-relevant signal across the full test corpus. /p /lilipMaintain the experimentation bregistry /b: hypothesis, design, audience, guardrails, results, and decision attribution. /p /li /ulh3What are we looking for? /h3ullipb5–7 years /b of program management or product management experience, with at least b3 years owning experimentation /b or bA/B testing /b programs at scale on consumer-facing digital properties; beCommerce /b strongly preferred. /p /lilipDemonstrated comfort with bexperimentation /b bmethodology /b including overall evaluation criteria, holdback discipline, sample-ratio mismatch detection, interaction effects, and the difference between practical and statistical significance. /p /lilipbStrong stakeholder partnership /b bskills /b across product management, merchandising, UX research, analytics, and engineering — including experience arbitrating competing priorities against shared business objectives. /p /lilipComfort presenting bevidence /b that bdisconfirms /b leadership or stakeholder hypotheses and translating non-winning tests into decision-relevant learning. /p /lilipTrack record of regional or global bprogram coordination /b, including coordination across multiple eCommerce stacks or business units. /p /lilipExcellent bwritten and verbal communication /b; able to calibrate from operational detail to executive narrative without losing rigor at either altitude. /p /lilipbHands‑on experience /b with a mature experimentation platform (Dynamic Yield strongly preferred; Optimizely, Adobe Target, or VWO acceptable). /p /lilipbWeb analytics /b experience required — Adobe Analytics strongly preferred; Google Analytics acceptable. /p /lilipProficiency with bJIRA /b and Confluence. /p /lilipBA/BS in a quantitatively-oriented discipline (mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, business analytics, or similar) preferred.
