We are seeking a Senior Fashion Design Lecturer to join our team and be part of our international faculty, and with the possibility of progress. /p h3About the Role /h3 pYour primary focus will be the instruction and technical mentorship of our students across the following core areas: /p ul liStudio Mentorship: Directing small student cohorts through rigorous project critiques, guiding them seamlessly from initial creative concept to runway‑ready garments. In the studio you will be guiding students through the creative process, enabling them to translate abstract ideas into physical garments, advising on collection structure and lookbook creation, and encouraging them to discover their signature style. /li liPattern Making: Delivering comprehensive lectures in flat pattern construction, size grading, and precise toile development. /li liIndustrial Sewing Draping: Instructing students in industrial sewing techniques, 3D draping, fabric manipulation, and meticulous garment fitting. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation: Master’s Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, or a strictly related creative discipline. /li liExperience: Prior teaching and/or lecturing experience is a must. We are seeking a professional with a natural aptitude for mentorship and academic rigor. /li liLanguage Fluency: Native or professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is a strict requirement. All instruction at the academy is delivered exclusively in English. /li liDigital Fluency: Knowledge of fashion industry software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator for flat drawings, Photoshop for rendering/retouching, InDesign for lookbooks/portfolios), Procreate, and contemporary digital illustration as well as emerging AI design tools. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 pIllustration Creative Research: Teaching capability in hand fashion illustration, trend research, collection forecasting, and contextualizing contemporary design through the history of art and fashion. /p h3To Apply /h3 pIf this sounds like you, please submit your application directly at : /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
