As a Digital Content & Trading Executive, you will be tasked with optimizing the Spanish sportsbook and marketing offerings to provide a relevant, localized customer experience across our William Hill and 888 online sites. Including trading content on our Sports products., • Ensuring all content on our Spanish sportsbook sites is in line with the overall business strategy and tone of voice., • Optimising the key customer journeys and pages to ensure that the clients encounter as little friction as possible., • Utilising our content management systems to ensure all areas of our sportsbook products are consistent, accurate and of the highest quality., • Monitoring and checking our websites, ensuring all content and data are correctly displayed and up to date at all times., • Evaluating closely departmental key performance indicators in order to make significant decisions to drive customer retention., • Building and maintaining good relationships with important stakeholders such as Marketing, Design, Gaming, Product, Compliance, Business Performance, Trading & Tech, CRM, Gaming Operations and the VIP teams.
