ppLocation: Spain, Valencia (La Pobla De Vallbona) /p h3Summary /h3 pAs a Lead Engineer in Test Development, you will play a key role in helping define the test strategy and lead the software development of test systems, so our products reach manufacturing with confidence, traceability, and quality built in. /p pYou will be especially focused on software, sequences, and automation, owning the intelligence behind the tester while working closely with hardware, product design, manufacturing, and quality teams. You will help bridge the gap between design and manufacturing by delivering software-driven test solutions that are reliable, efficient, and ready for real-world production environments. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the software definition and implementation of automated test solutions, including test sequences, software tools, data collection, debug workflows, and integration with hardware platforms. /li liTranslate customer or product requirements into clear test strategies, software requirements, and technical plans that support both development and manufacturing needs. /li liCreate or contribute to technical proposals, effort estimates, and solution concepts for new opportunities and engineering changes. /li liDebug complex tester and integration issues using structured problem-solving methods such as Design of Experiments, failure analysis, and data-driven troubleshooting. /li liWork closely with product design teams to improve testability, coverage, diagnosability, and overall product quality through early and practical feedback. /li liSupport manufacturing ramp-up and sustaining activities by stabilizing test solutions, improving cycle time, and increasing yield and process robustness. /li liParticipate in technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders, representing the software and automation approach with clarity and confidence. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong experience developing software for automated test systems in manufacturing or product validation environments. /li liSolid programming capability in tools and languages such as "Python", LabVIEW, or "C#" for test automation and engineering software development. /li liGood understanding of electronics, including the ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and work effectively with hardware-oriented teams. /li liExperience defining test methods, acceptance criteria, and automated validation flows for complex products or assemblies. /li liConfidence using laboratory instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, and related tools during bring-up, debug, and verification. /li liAbility to move between software detail and system-level thinking, understanding how software decisions affect the full test architecture and manufacturing outcome. /li liProfessional fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate in technical and customer-facing environments. /li li3 to 5 years of related experience in similar job roles. /li liA degree or master’s related with Electronics, Telecommunications or Computer Engineering. /li /ul h3How you work /h3 pTechnical capability matters, but so does mindset.
