ph3Regional Quality Systems Project Manager /h3 pThe Regional Quality Systems Project Manager provides support on monitoring, controlling and reporting Quality Food Safety performance for BQ EMEA bakeries, ensuring compliance with external and internal standards and advancing strategic projects, initiatives and action plans. This role covers Bimbo EMEA bakeries producing for QSR. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liKPI governance reporting: Consolidates, reports and analyzes Quality Food Safety KPIs to check against business plan objectives and identify top priorities for the bakeries and the region. Monitors progress and close-out of critical action plans from recalls/withdrawals, top complaints or internal incidents, and major audits findings. /li liCompliance monitoring: Monitors and communicates on compliance to customers, legal requirements and internal BQ-GB Quality Food Safety requirements; supports communication and implementation of new or updated standards/requirements; investigates deviations in Quality Systems. /li liSystems Management Training: Provides technical support and onboarding/refresh training on customer platforms (McD SIM, OnPoint Amabis, RBI SPEQ, KFC TraceOne, etc.) and on BQ Quality systems (Freshability, Power BI, SPC, etc.), with suggestions for continuous improvement. /li liProjects Management: Manages execution of customer projects and/or BQ strategic initiatives in accordance with the Organization’s Project Management Methodology and tools. /li liCAPEX monitoring: Follows Food Safety Quality CAPEX / investment execution against plan and justification for delays or cancellations. /li liDocument Management: Manages Quality Food Safety Document Control Management System. /li liData assistance: Assists in special data requests, organization and presentation of information; assists in internal reviews, preparing meetings or training materials. /li liOther duties as assigned. /li /ul h3Key competencies and skills /h3 ul liExcellent verbal/written communication, strong planning/time management and organizational skills; ability to listen and communicate effectively. /li liAttention to detail; ability to read and process written information with high accuracy. /li liAbility to work closely in a team-based environment with all associates/functions. /li liComputer skills: proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Co-Pilot). /li liData management and analysis: ability to capture, aggregate, analyze, and present data; experience with Excel Pivot Tables and/or BI tools (Power BI). /li liProject management experience: familiar with project management tools (Gantt chart, MS Teams Planner, MS Smartsheet or equivalents). /li liOther competencies: People-oriented leadership; learning and adopting best practices; autonomous and initiative-taking; results-oriented; change leadership. /li /ul h3Education and work history /h3 ul li4+ years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, ideally in bakeries. /li liKnowledge of GMP and Quality Food Safety standards. /li liPast experience dealing with QSR customers (McDonald’s, RBI, KFC) is a plus. /li liLanguage: Proficiency in written and spoken English (at least level B2); basic Spanish understanding. /li liTraining/Other: GMP, HACCP prerequisites (advanced level desirable); GFSI certification schemes (FSSC 22000, IFS); knowledge of food manufacturing processes (baking desirable); QSR customer standards and platforms. /li /ul pThe base for this position can be anywhere in Continental Europe where BQ or Bimbo has a bakery. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
