ppThe Corporate Finance team serves as a trusted advisor to the company, informing and guiding critical C-level decisions through insightful analyses and thought partnership. We are looking for a bright, driven individual who will succeed in a fast-paced environment and support our team in making sound recommendations that will allow the company to scale. /ppReporting to the CEO, this is a highly visible and key leadership role that is cross‑functional in nature and requires collaboration across all Finance, Operations Strategy functional teams. You will lead a powerhouse team of two/three professionals that will lead long‑term finance projects, relationships with debt providers, present key Operating Financial metrics to various executive team members, collaborate on the monthly forecasting process, take on high‑profile strategic projects for the CEO, and other key decision‑makers. /ph3What we’d like you to do /h3ulliLead the financial control and reporting processes across the Group’s international subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with corporate standards. /liliPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports by consolidating financial information from multiple entities, departments, and geographies. /liliAnalyze financial performance, key business drivers, and variances against budget and forecasts, providing actionable insights to management. /liliDevelop and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to support strategic decision‑making. /liliOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury activities, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring across subsidiaries. /liliCoordinate month‑end and year‑end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. /liliSupport statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance requirements, including VAT and local reporting obligations. /liliCollaborate in the implementation, optimization, and standardization of SAP processes across the Group’s international entities. /liliDrive process improvements, internal controls, and financial governance initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. /liliPartner with local finance teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial processes and reporting standards. /liliSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across multiple markets. /liliManage relationships with auditors, external advisors, banks, and key internal stakeholders. /li /ulh3What we’d like you to bring /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 4 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Audit, Consolidation, or International Finance roles. /liliStrong understanding of financial reporting, consolidation processes, accounting principles, and internal controls. /liliHands‑on experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP FI/CO. /liliPrevious experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. /liliProven analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into business insights. /liliExperience working in a multinational environment with multiple legal entities and currencies. /liliExcellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across different departments and countries. /liliProactive, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven mindset, with a continuous improvement approach. /liliInterest in technology, data‑driven environments, and digital business models is highly valued. /liliAdvanced English level (C1 or higher); additional languages are a plus. /li /ulh3Perks of joining us /h3pWe give you complete stability with an indefinite job contract. /ppWe offer a fixed salary according to your worth and experience, plus a performance based bonus. /ppGet the most out of your salary with our Flexible Payment Plan (Restaurant Ticket, Transportation Ticket, Day Care Ticket, and Medical Insurance). /ppDo you know someone that fits in Making Science?
