We are looking for a seasoned project professional with extensive experience delivering complex customer projects in technical or industrial environments. In this role, you will take ownership of customer projects from the moment they are handed over by our Sales team through to successful implementation and final handover to Customer Success. /p /brpYou will lead high‑value, business‑critical projects and work closely with customers, suppliers, engineers, software specialists, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to contract. Your responsibilities include: /li /brliTaking full ownership of projects from Sales handover to final delivery. /li /brliDeveloping project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource plans. /li /brliLeading internal and customer project kick‑off meetings. /li /brliActing as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. /li /brliCoordinating customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and cross‑functional project teams. /li /brliLeading executive‑level customer meetings, steering committees, and project governance. /li /brliMonitoring project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and contractual obligations. /li /brliIdentifying challenges early, driving timely decisions, and managing escalations when required. /li /brliManaging commercial discussions related to project changes and ensuring strong financial control throughout project execution. /li /brliCommunicating project status to customers and internal stakeholders. /li /brliManaging purchase orders, invoice proposals, invoice approvals, and project administration in our ERP system. /li /brliConducting site visits and inspections during project execution. /li /brliCompleting project close‑out activities, including financial reviews, lessons learned, and handover to Customer Success. /li /brliContributing to continuous improvement initiatives and sharing best practices across the Project Delivery organization. /li /br /ul /brh3What We’re Looking For /h3 /brpWe’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and delivering successful projects in collaboration with customers and colleagues. /p /brh3You Bring /h3 /brul /brli7+ years of experience managing complex customer projects, preferably within technical, industrial, automation, or engineering environments. /li /brliA proven track record of delivering large‑scale, high‑value projects with multiple stakeholders. /li /brliExperience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing senior customer stakeholders. /li /brliA Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. /li /brliStrong commercial and financial understanding, including budget responsibility and contract management. /li /brliExcellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills. /li /brliProficiency in Microsoft Office. /li /brliExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. /li /brliProfessional proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. /li /br /ul /brh3It would be an advantage if you also have experience with: /h3 /brul /brliWarehouse automation, intralogistics, conveyor systems, robotics, or material handling equipment. /li /brliIT, software implementation, or systems integration projects. /li /brliLEAN, PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, or other project management methodologies. /li /brliMicrosoft Dynamics 365. /li /br /ul /brh3Who You Are /h3 /brpYou are a confident and experienced project leader who thrives on taking ownership of large, complex projects.
