This is your chance to proactively enhance the strategy of the team and create an impact. Your opinion counts and will be heard. To give an example: previous trainees have had the chance to speak to HR senior leadership in a workshop about their ideas, and our current trainee got the chance to create a new method of assessing candidates from scratch with the guidance of our team. /p h3Some of your specific activities can include /h3 ul liCrafting fresh and relevant job descriptions to attract top talent /li liIdentifying and attracting early talent candidates for open positions /li liProactively engage with future talent via recruiting platforms /li liPreparation of promotional material that is attractive to younger people /li liEnhancing social media exposure for our teams and job vacancies /li liSupport our recruiting and hiring processes /li liInternal intern community page management /li liContribute to making our selection and hiring processes more effective and take part in candidate assessment with your ideas /li liEnsure a good talent experience from their application until the end of their internship by contributing to the team’s Talent Development initiative /li /ul h3Who you are /h3 pSome characteristics that Lara and Marcel brought that we know will help you succeed are, being adaptable and open‑minded, as well as being able to work well in a diverse team but also independently. Additionally, we are looking for a curious person who takes initiative and is highly energetic. You should also be eager to further develop your skills around social media, Microsoft Office and general tech‑savviness.
