At 2K we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive work environment, celebrating diversity and committing to a safe, equitable and welcoming space for everyone. /p h3What We Need /h3 ul liProactive, highly motivated and analytical Operations Manager to take full ownership of Valencia studio’s daily operations and workspace experience, reporting to and working closely with the Creative Operations Director. /li liEager to manage daily operations of a creative studio, a data enthusiast who can make informed decisions, create or optimise workflows, and coordinate stakeholders. Possessing a holistic view of business management, strong financial acumen, project management understanding and attention to detail. /li liTactical leader and exceptional communicator who bridges the gap between global strategy and local execution, supports local leadership and ensures development teams have everything they need to succeed. Someone who genuinely cares about people, embraces a service‑oriented mindset, and serves as the operational backbone of an inclusive, people‑first studio. /li /ul h3What You’ll Do /h3 h3Global Operations Alignment /h3 ul liGuarantee that all studio operations operate in strict accordance with global T2/2K policies and standards, and mandatory regional Spanish regulations. /li liServe as the local contact person for implementation of 2K and Take‑Two (T2) projects. /li liProvide direct support to the Operations Director on projects and metrics of the global division. /li /ul h3Studio Operations Financial Control /h3 ul liLead the planning, management, and control of the annual studio budget; responsible for studio expense control, monitoring and meeting financial objectives. /li liProcess optimisation: proactively identify blockers, inefficiencies and uncertainties; build and scale workflows, procedures and metrics needed to drive continuous improvement. /li liAct as studio expense approver, ensuring vendor compliance, managing procurement workflows and adherence to global frameworks. /li liEnsure the Valencia team has an optimal environment to design world‑class games. /li /ul h3Facilities Workplace Experience (WEX) /h3 ul liOversee the daily operations of premises, coordinating upgrades and infrastructure changes within premium standards. /li liFoster a collaborative workplace culture that prioritises diversity, equity and the physical/mental wellbeing of our teams. /li liElevate the studio workspace to reflect our signature hospitality, creating a welcoming and premium environment for employees and visitors alike. /li /ul h3Strategic Leadership Talent Development /h3 ul liLead, mentor and set clear goals for a multidisciplinary team covering Administration, Workplace Experience, Facilities/HS, Maintenance, Cleaning and Wellbeing. /li liFoster an inclusive culture of continuous development, promote CSR initiatives and coordinate studio events that celebrate our diverse community. /li /ul h3What Will Make You A Great Fit /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or an MBA. /li liFull professional bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish. /li liProven experience in Operations Management of 8 years or more, ideally within a global environment, tech or creative industry. /li liOutstanding written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with diverse profiles and build collaborative relationships. /li liExceptional public speaking and presentation skills to confidently engage internal teams, deliver updates to global stakeholders and represent the studio within the industry network. /li liSharp focus on detail and high standards, combined with a strong service‑oriented approach to ensure the studio runs smoothly and remains a productive, inspiring workplace for our creative teams. /li liUnderstanding of project management principles to structure, track and deliver cross‑functional initiatives. /li liStrong capability in generating metrics, analysing operational data and implementing continuous improvement frameworks. /li liExceptional leadership skills to manage a diverse team, establish a collaborative culture, and a genuine passion for people, inclusive leadership and talent development. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liKnowledge of Business Intelligence and the application of intelligent technologies to drive operational efficiency, process automation and streamlined administrative workflows. /li liPrior experience working in the video game or tech industry. /li liFamiliarity with local Spanish labour regulations, HS or corporate facilities compliance in Spain. /li /ul p2K is an equal opportunity employer.
