As Transformation Manager – AI Automation Specialist, you’ll work with business and technology leaders to identify high‑impact use cases, design practical solutions, build business cases, and lead implementation from concept through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong AI and automation knowledge with structured problem‑solving, stakeholder influence, and hands‑on delivery experience. You will: /p ul liIdentify, assess, and prioritize AI and automation use cases across the business, using operational data and business priorities to focus on the highest‑value opportunities. /li liPartner with business leaders and technology teams to understand processes, pain points, and desired outcomes. /li liDesign practical AI, automation, and process improvement solutions that address business challenges and can scale across the organization. /li liBuild business cases, define success measures, and create clear execution roadmaps for prioritized initiatives. /li liLead or support delivery of AI and automation solutions, ensuring implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact. /li liTrack performance and value realization over time, using insights to refine solutions and inform future opportunities. /li liHelp build AI awareness, capability, governance, and ways of working across Zurich Cover-More. /li /ul pbWhat skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey: /b /p ul liMinimum 3 years’ experience in AI, automation, product management, solution deployment, digital transformation, or a related role. Experience working in a global or complex organization is preferred. /li liStrong working knowledge of AI and Generative AI fundamentals, including LLMs, agentic workflows, model evaluation, and responsible/scalable use of AI. /li liHands‑on familiarity with automation and orchestration tools and platforms, such as RPA, OCR, workflow automation, or comparable technologies. /li liExperience identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing business process automation opportunities. /li liAbility to translate business problems into practical, scalable technology‑enabled solutions. /li liExperience building business cases, defining outcomes, and delivering initiatives from roadmap through implementation. /li liUnderstanding of scalable AI infrastructure considerations, such as model‑agnostic architecture, data pipelines, governance, security, or integration with enterprise systems. /li liStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams. /li liStructured thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a transformation environment. /li /ul pbWhy you’ll love working with us! /b /p pWe value optimism, caring, togetherness, reliability, results‑orientation, and forward‑thinking. /p pWe have more than 3000 employees worldwide.
