ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, budgets, schedules, resource allocations, and performance metrics. /liliOwn the technical scope of utility‑scale PV and BESS projects, including component specification, design validation, system integration planning, and technical risk management. /liliDrive and oversee technical reviews of engineering deliverables and supplier documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations, applicable standards, and regulatory requirements. /liliCoordinate and support RFQ/RFP processes, including preparation of technical specifications, scope of works, design criteria, technical clarifications, and evaluation of EPC, BOS/BOP contractors, and key equipment suppliers. /liliReview conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering for PV and BESS projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, grid connection requirements, permits, construction feasibility, budget, and schedule. /liliCoordinate and lead factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) for major equipment, including PV modules, inverters, trackers, transformers, switchgear, battery systems, PCS, PPC, EMS, and SCADA systems. /liliAct as the primary technical liaison between internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. /liliSupervise the design process and manage technical interfaces to ensure seamless integration between PV, BESS, substation, grid connection, and plant control systems. /liliSupport contract review activities, identifying technical risks, gaps, exclusions, interface responsibilities, warranties, performance requirements, and delivery obligations. /liliProvide engineering support during construction and commissioning phases, reviewing technical queries, resolving design‑related issues, and ensuring compliance with approved engineering, contractual requirements and quality standards. /liliManage commissioning activities and ensure successful energization, testing, performance validation, and handover of PV and BESS assets to our AM Team. /liliPrepare and deliver comprehensive project documentation for client handover, including as-built documentation, commissioning records, technical reports, and version‑controlled project documentation. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within utility-scale renewable energy projects, preferably involving both PV and BESS technologies. /liliProven experience supporting projects throughout the full lifecycle, from development and technical due diligence through construction, commissioning, and commercial operation date (COD). /liliStrong technical knowledge of PV and BESS systems, including modules, inverters, trackers, transformers, switchgear, substations, batteries, PCS, EMS/PPC, and SCADA systems. /liliExperience in technical tendering processes (RFQ/RFP), EPC/BOS/BOP contractor evaluation, supplier selection, and technical negotiations. /liliProven experience with electrical system design review, grid connection requirements, protection and control systems, FAT/SAT activities, and commissioning processes. /liliFamiliarity with international codes, standards, and regulations applicable to renewable energy projects (EU and UK required). /liliExperience with PV and BESS design tools and engineering software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, MS Project, and MS Office. Knowledge of DigSilent will be considered as additional benefit. /liliGood understanding of grid services, plant control systems, and renewable energy integration into transmission and distribution networks. /liliStrong stakeholder management, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners. /liliLanguages: Fluent English required; Spanish and/or other European languages would be considered an advantage. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
