With over 40,000 guest bedrooms and more than 3 million cooked breakfasts served each year, Travelodge is committed to continuously improving the customer experience by offering quality facilities in key locations. /ppWe are currently looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals with strong sales skills to join our high-energy reservations team. /ppYour Mission /pulliManaging high volumes of inbound calls focused on hotel reservations, including new bookings, amendments, and cancellations /liliConverting enquiries into confirmed reservations by confidently guiding customers through the booking process /liliUsing a sales-driven approach to maximise conversion rates and secure bookings on the first call /liliUpselling room categories and promoting additional services (e.G. breakfast, Wi-Fi, upgrades) to increase booking value /liliIdentifying customer needs quickly and recommending suitable options to enhance their stay /liliMeeting and exceeding individual sales targets, conversion rates, and call handling KPIs /liliMaintaining strong product and system knowledge to provide accurate availability, pricing, and offers /liliDelivering a high standard of customer service while balancing efficiency and sales performance /li /ulpWhat We're Looking For /pulliFluency in English (Spanish is a Plus) /liliStrong interpersonal and verbal communication skills /liliPrevious experience in a call centre, sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles (preferred but not essential) /liliAbility to handle challenging calls and difficult situations professionally /liliStrong listening skills and the ability to ask relevant questions to understand customer needs /liliSales experience is an advantage but not required /liliHigh level of motivation with a drive to meet and exceed targets /liliClear, concise, and polite communication style /li /ulpWhat We Offer /pulliStart Date: August 3rd, 2026. /liliContract: Temporary (3 months with 1 month of probation). /liliFull-Time: 39 hours per week. /liliWorking Hours: Rotative Schedule Monday to Sunday - Between 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. /liliSalary: €18,711 gross per year. /liliPerformance Incentives: Based on Sales and CPH.
