Role: Own end‐to‐end service quality and engineering performance for a defined set of repair partners within Services Supply Chain. Responsibilities include quality execution, repair partner governance, value delivery, and global technical documentation. Location: Spain | Full time Shift | No shift premium | Travel – Relocation Key Responsibilities • 1. Commodity Quality & Engineering Ownership – Own quality performance for assigned repair partners, drive proactive risk identification, lead corrective actions., • 2. Escalation Management & Root Cause Analysis – Own resolution of complex quality and engineering escalations, conduct structured RCA and ensure sustainable corrective actions., • 3. Repair Partner Engineering Governance – Govern engineering of assigned outsourced repair partners, drive KPI performance, run governance cadence., • 4. Repair, Yield & Value Capture Execution – Improve repair yield, reduce waste, prioritize and execute value capture opportunities linked to repair and operations., • 5. Product Lifecycle Execution & Serviceability – Own execution across lifecycle stages, ensure service readiness during NPI ramp, provide serviceability feedback to Global Engineering., • 6. NPI Service Readiness – Ensure repair readiness for new product introductions, identify gaps and drive mitigation actions, validate deployment of global standards., • 7. Global Technical Documentation Ownership – Create and maintain global technical documentation, align, standardise, incorporate field learnings and partner feedback., • 8. Partner & Operational Engineering Support – Provide technical guidance to regional operations, planning teams and repair partners; support operational decision‐making with engineering insight., • 9.
