Working at the intersection of Finance, Operations and IT, you will establish greater transparency into manufacturing performance, influence strategic decision-making, and help shape how we manage gross margin across our global operations. In return, you'll join a collaborative, international environment where your expertise will directly influence business performance while providing outstanding opportunities for professional growth and career development. /p h3More about the role /h3 ul liLead the global Operations gross margin framework, ensuring consistency, transparency and governance across all manufacturing sites and regions /li liDrive visibility of operational performance by analysing key cost drivers including productivity, labour, material, overheads and fixed cost absorption /li liPartner with Finance, Operations and IT teams to improve data quality, align financial systems and strengthen margin reporting. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve profitability, challenge performance gaps and support cost optimisation initiatives with measurable financial impact /li liDevelop and maintain global standards for margin reporting, variance analysis and performance governance /li liTranslate complex operational and financial data into clear business insights that support strategic decision-making /li liCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting and long-term operational planning /li /ul h3More about you /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline, with 8-12+ years' experience in Operations Finance, manufacturing controlling or gross margin management within a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment /li liProven experience partnering with Operations leaders to drive manufacturing performance, improve operational efficiency and deliver measurable profitability improvements. /li liStrong understanding of Operations, including manufacturing processes, standard costing, productivity, labour, material and overhead cost drivers, with the ability to translate operational performance into financial outcomes. /li liAdvanced analytical skills with experience using Excel, financial modelling and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau to support Operations performance management. /li liConfident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance and Supply Chain, building strong cross-functional partnerships to drive change. /li liA proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and a track record of delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. /li liProficiency with ERP systems such as SAP /li liFluent in English, with Spanish language skills considered an advantage. /li liMedTech or healthcare manufacturing experience would also be an advantage /li /ul h3More about what we offer /h3 pAs one of the world’s leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
