We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as bSupply Chain Process Manager, Logistics /b. /p pResponsible for the bend-to-end design /b and bcontinuous improvement /b of bLogistic Planning processes /b across all divisions, functions and product lines, including Digitalization initiatives related to these processes. This role ensures bstandardization /b, bcompliance /b, and alignment with bLogistic strategic objectives /b, acting as key role to secure bprocess excellence /b within Logistics. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine, optimize, and document global SCM Logistics processes and standards connected to E2E Business Planning (e.g. demand planning, production planning, capacity planning supply planning, inventory planning,) ensuring alignment with the SCM strategy and digitalization roadmap. /li liStandardize processes across Divisions to enable harmonized execution and scalable digital solutions. /li liIdentify gaps and inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives to support achievement of SCM strategic targets. /li liCollaborate with the SCM Digitalization Manager and all relevant SCM and IT stakeholders to ensure strong E2E process and technology alignment. /li liLead process communication and change management activities, including training, stakeholder alignment, and adoption follow‑up. /li liDevelop and support global training materials to strengthen functional skills across regions. /li liAct as a process ambassador, driving awareness, adherence to standards, and best‑practice sharing across Divisions. /li liMonitor, analyze, and report process performance, using KPIs to steer continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDeep understanding of end-to-end Logistic processes. /li liStrong leadership and influencing skills across global, cross-functional teams. /li liExcellent communication and change management capabilities. /li liProactive and self‑motivated, with a strong drive to deliver results. /li liGrowth mindset, eager to learn and improve continuously. /li liHighly collaborative working style, fostering teamwork and alignment. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholder groups. /li liActive listening and strong relationship‑building capabilities. /li liTeam player who contributes to a positive, solution‑oriented working environment. /li liQuick learner, capable of adapting to new technologies and processes. /li liComfortable working with all organizational levels, from specialists to VPs. /li liAbility to make fact‑based, data‑driven decisions. /li liUniversity degree, preferably in Logistics / Supply Chain Management. /li li5-10 years of experience in key SCM roles in automotive industry (Logistics or Planning preferable). /li liProven track record in leading global projects and working with cross‑divisional, cross‑functional teams. /li liExperience collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels (Specialist / Manager / Director / VP). /li liRelevant certifications in Lean, SCRUM, or Agile methodologies are an advantage. /li liAdditional professional certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics or Digitalization are beneficial. /li liFluent English (spoken and written).
