Compensaciones / Beneficios • Apoyar la implementación de iniciativas globales estratégicas (GSC, GTOM) • Cooperar en la adopción local de herramientas (CPQ, QRS, myHG) • Garantizar ejecución oportuna y de alta calidad de proyectos a nivel nacional • Analizar procesos para identificar ineficiencias y áreas de mejora • Liderar mejoras continuas con First Choice • Recopilar y comunicar feedback de la red y coordinar con TI/BPO global • Gestionar el cambio: comunicar, capacitar y asegurar adopción de usuarios • Capacitar y desarrollar capacidades locales para sostener mejoras • Comunicar avances y requerimientos a stakeholders internos y externos • Auditar y mantener relación con proveedores y socios logísticos Responsabilidades • Licenciatura o experiencia equivalente en negocios, operaciones, cadena de suministro o campos afines • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en operaciones, mejora de procesos o gestión de proyectos • Experiencia en entornos matriciales • Conocimientos sólidos de TMS • Habilidades de análisis de procesos y diseño de soluciones • Gestión de proyectos y gestión del cambio • Capacidad de capacitar, asesorar e influir en distintos niveles • Comunicación eficaz con equipos y alta dirección • Mentalidad de mejora continua; conocimiento de Lean/Six Sigma valorable • Habilidades analíticas, resolución de problemas y atención al detalle • Alto grado de responsabilidad, independencia y capacidad de trabajar bajo presión • Conocimientos avanzados de Excel, herramientas de toma de decisiones (p. ej.
