This is a key coordination role between our design studio, account teams and operations teams. The right candidate should not only manage tasks and schedules, but also bring structure, ownership and the potential to grow into broader studio operations and leadership responsibilities over time. /p pYou will work within a multicultural team of motion designers, graphic designers, video editors and developers, bringing together a wide range of skills. The role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, structured, communicative and confident enough to coordinate different stakeholders, challenge priorities where needed and help improve the way the studio operates. /p pThis is not a purely administrative role. You will be close to the daily studio work and will help ensure that projects are planned, followed up and delivered on time. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liAct as the central point of contact for incoming content and project requests. /li liPrioritise, structure and assign tasks based on workload, deadlines, commercial importance and available resources. /li liDevelop and maintain production schedules and ensure reliable follow‑up on open tasks. /li liCoordinate daily workflows between motion designers, graphic designers, video editors, developers, account teams and operations. /li liSupport resource planning, including internal team members and freelancers where required. /li liIdentify bottlenecks early and proactively propose solutions. /li liHelp improve studio processes, request procedures and communication flows. /li liMaintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and manage expectations around timing, quality and delivery. /li liSupport the studio in balancing creative quality, commercial priorities and operational efficiency. /li liTake ownership of coordination topics and grow into a broader studio operations role over time. /li liEnsure that deadlines are met while maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables. /li liProven experience in production coordination, project coordination, creative operations, traffic management or a similar role. /li liIdeally 3+ years of experience in a creative, content, post‑production, motion design, agency or studio environment. /li liStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, people and deadlines at the same time. /li liExperience coordinating creative teams or cross‑functional teams. /li liConfident communication style, including the ability to follow up, push for clarity and challenge priorities when needed. /li liProactive mindset with the ability to anticipate problems before they become urgent. /li liComfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities. /li liFluent English, written and spoken. /li liSpanish is a plus. /li liGood knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office. /li liInterest in football, sports marketing, content production or creative studio operations. /li liBasic understanding of motion design, video, digital content or post‑production workflows. /li liAbility to understand both commercial and creative priorities and translate them into clear production planning. /li /ul h3Bonus Skills /h3 ul liPrevious experience in a senior coordinator, producer, traffic manager or studio operations role. /li liExperience leading small teams, freelancers or project‑based resources. /li liExperience with production tracking tools such as Ftrack, Shotgrid, Monday, Trello, Asana or similar. /li liExperience in motion design, CG/VFX, 3D animation or post‑production environments. /li liFamiliarity with Agile workflows. /li liFamiliarity with render farm management or distributed rendering workflows. /li liAdditional languages. /li /ul pOur employees are encouraged to bring their ideas, experiences and perspectives to the workplace.
