If you relish the challenges of managing procurement activities while contributing to our dynamic, purpose-led culture, let us connect your ambitions to our opportunities. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liInterface with Global Procurement: coordinate with global teams to ensure proper supply alignment, execution of global strategies, and reporting. /li liSupplier Management: identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers ensuring compliance with technical, legal, quality, and sustainability requirements. /li liSupplier Negotiation: negotiate prices, delivery terms, service levels, payment terms, and commercial conditions. /li liCAPEX OPEX Procurement: manage contracts, tenders, and procurement cycles related to equipment, engineering services, maintenance, and general indirect categories. /li liProject Coordination: support and track cost‑improvement initiatives, CAPEX projects, and operational efficiency programs. /li liCross‑functional Collaboration: engage with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Quality, Legal, Logistics, and other departments requiring procurement support. /li liContract Management: prepare, negotiate, and monitor contract execution ensuring compliance and minimizing liabilities. /li /ul h3The experience we're looking for /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics or similar (Master's preferred). /li liExperience in procurement, supply chain, supplier management or related fields (preferably industrial or CAPEX/OPEX). /li liStrong negotiation, analytical and project management skills. /li liProficiency with SAP, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement tools (Ariba, Anaplan preferred). /li liFluent in English; Portuguese is a plus. /li liStrong communication abilities and ability to work cross‑functionally. /li liAutonomy, problem‑solving mindset, adaptability, and strong ownership orientation. /li /ul h3The skills for success /h3 pSupply Chain Management, Relationship Management, Business Acumen, Productivity management, Improve business processes, Distribution Logistics, Logistics Management, Management of Third‑party Logistics Providers, Supply Chain Planning, Vendor Negotiation, Contract Negotiation, Supply Management, Procurement. /p h3What we offer /h3 pWe believe great work deserves great rewards.
