That’s the power of plus. /p h3Job Description /h3 pOur QA Center of Practice (CoP) is the hub for quality excellence, driving best practices, innovative testing, and continuous improvement across all products. We provide expert consultation, cutting‑edge tools, and scalable solutions to empower product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liFrameworks: Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of automated testing frameworks (UI, API, mobile, performance) from scratch or by enhancing existing ones. /li liStrategy: Collaborate with QA Leads, Engineering Managers, and Product Owners to define and execute automation roadmaps aligned with CoP objectives. /li liLeadership: Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise to QA Automation Engineers, fostering skill growth and best practice adoption. /li liTools Methods: Research, evaluate, and recommend automation tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve efficiency. /li liTest Development: Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for complex features with comprehensive coverage. /li liCI/CD: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for faster feedback and accelerated delivery. /li liReporting: Develop clear reporting on test results, providing actionable quality insights. /li liStandards: Promote coding standards, design patterns, and maintain documentation for automation guidelines. /li liTroubleshooting: Debug automation failures, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes. /li liCollaboration: Work closely with developers, PMs, and QA peers to align on quality requirements. /li liKnowledge Sharing: Contribute to CoP knowledge sessions and training initiatives. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years in QA with strong focus on automation. /li liKnowledge of software testing theory. /li liProven ability to build and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python. /li liExpertise with frameworks/tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Rest Assured, JMeter, Gatling. /li liStrong understanding of API testing (Postman, Rest Assured). /li liExperience with Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins). /li liFamiliarity with cloud testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack). /li liExposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). /li liUnderstanding of microservices and event‑driven architecture. /li liExcellent problem‑solving, analytical, and debugging skills. /li liStrong communication and mentoring abilities. /li liComfortable working independently and in agile teams. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pHeadquartered in Munich, with offices across Madrid, Krakow, Wroclaw, London and Vienna, we collaborate because we genuinely love working together – so you’ll be at the heart of an incredible, multinational team.
