With over 12 years of experience in the premium women's fashion segment, the company has evolved from its footwear roots into a complete lifestyle proposition, expanding over the last four years into ready-to-wear and accessories. /p h3The Role /h3 pWe are looking for an bInternational Financial Controller /b to join Miista's finance team. /p pThis is a key role within our international finance structure, responsible for overseeing financial control, reporting and compliance across multiple markets and legal entities. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial information while supporting strategic business decision‑making. /p pThe successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑growing international environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee the financial performance of the Group's international entities and operations. /li liEnsure financial consistency and alignment across multiple jurisdictions and business units. /li liMonitor key financial indicators and provide actionable business insights. /li /ul h3Accounting Month-End Close /h3 ul liCoordinate and execute monthly and annual financial close processes. /li liEnsure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial statements. /li liReview and oversee accounting activities across the Group's subsidiaries. /li liPrepare detailed financial reports and management accounts for senior leadership. /li liDeliver meaningful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision‑making. /li liIdentify trends, risks and opportunities across the business. /li /ul h3Tax Compliance /h3 ul liCoordinate tax filings and statutory obligations across multiple jurisdictions. /li liEnsure compliance with local accounting, tax and regulatory requirements. /li liMonitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the Group. /li /ul h3Internal Controls Audit /h3 ul liPerform reconciliations across payment platforms, bank accounts and key balance sheet accounts. /li liSupport external and internal audit processes. /li liMaintain strong internal controls and ensure data integrity across financial systems. /li /ul h3Budgeting Forecasting /h3 ul liLead the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. /li liAnalyse variances against budget and forecast assumptions. /li liSupport financial planning initiatives and continuous process improvements. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. /li liProven experience in Financial Control, Audit, Reporting or a similar finance function. /li liStrong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and tax compliance. /li liExperience working with external auditors. /li liAdvanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools. /li liExcellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial information. /li liFluent English, both written and spoken. /li liStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to work effectively across international and cross‑functional teams. /li liWillingness to travel occasionally. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience within fashion, retail, luxury or consumer goods sectors. /li liExposure to multi‑entity and multi‑jurisdictional environments. /li liExperience driving financial process improvements and automation initiatives. /li /ul h3Why Join Miista? /h3 ul liBe part of an independent, international fashion brand with global reach. /li liTake ownership of high‑impact projects across multiple markets. /li liWork closely with senior leadership and contribute directly to business decisions. /li liJoin a collaborative and entrepreneurial team where your work makes a visible difference. /li liOpportunity to grow alongside a dynamic and evolving lifestyle brand. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
