The goal is to unlock the full potential in each colleague – empowering our people to grow as insurance professionals and add more value to our customers and AIG. /p h3About The Role /h3 h3What you need to know /h3 ul liManage and service an existing renewal book of commercial insurance in addition to producing and underwriting new accounts from assigned brokers /li liPricing and coverage analysis of manuscript forms with the ability to tailor them to specific account needs /li liPresentations and marketing to brokers and insured /li liAchieve assigned budget targets and identify cross‑selling opportunities /li liMaintain profitability in his/her assigned portfolio /li /ul h3Primary Duties Include /h3 ul liInteracting with Regional Management, Brokers and Clients /li liDecision maker on new business opportunities and renewals /li liParticipate with Distribution in communications and training with our brokers /li liHelp implement growth objectives for the department. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liProven experience managing a large and diverse book of property business from multiple brokers /li liBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry education and experience /li liFluent in English (written spoken) /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /li liAbility to work independently to meet deadlines following company guidelines as well as in a team oriented approach to accomplish goals /li liStrong analysis, decision making, and organizational skills /li liThe candidate should be results oriented /li liConfident knowledge of systems and PC applications, especially utilizing spreadsheets. /li liCommunications and presentations skills /li liCross Functional Collaboration and Teamwork /li liClient Focus and Solution Orientation: Problem Solving /li liChallenging with humility /li /ul h3We are an Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pIt has been and will continue to be the policy of American International Group, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
