As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our team and help drive our financial operations forward. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee and manage all bookkeeping and financial operations for the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations /li liSupervise and mentor an accounting assistant, providing guidance, task delegation, and performance oversight /li liPrepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts on a regular basis /li liManage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing /li liOversee month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries /li liEnsure compliance with local Spanish tax regulations as well as international financial reporting requirements /li liCoordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed /li liDevelop and implement internal financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets /li liMonitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities to support business decision-making /li liManage payroll processing and related compliance requirements /li liSupport international financial operations, including multi-currency transactions and cross‑border reporting /li liCollaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations /li liMaintain and organize financial records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements /li liAttend in-office meetings and collaborative sessions at the Valencia headquarters on an as‑needed basis /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred /li liMinimum of 5–7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role /li liStrong knowledge of Spanish accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements /li liExperience with international financial operations and multi-currency accounting /li liProficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel /li liDemonstrated experience managing or supervising accounting staff /li liExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills /li liStrong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting /li liAbility to work independently in a remote capacity while maintaining clear and consistent communication with the team /li liWillingness and ability to travel to the Valencia, Spain office on an as‑needed basis /li liFluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in English is strongly preferred /li liExperience in the technology or data solutions industry is a plus /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
