About the Role FTI Consulting’s Construction Solutions business unit is a global leader in complex investigations that combine risk advisory, investigative and disputes expertise. The Construction Solutions team brings deep experience in claims advisory, quantum and delay expert witness services, and dispute resolution through ADR, arbitration and litigation. This role is part of the Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice and focuses on contract advisory services to assist owners, contractors and law firms in preventing, managing and resolving construction disputes. Responsibilities Perform claims and schedule delay analysis. Provide and perform schedule management and advice. Assist with the preparation of expert reports for dispute resolution procedures. Deliver high‑quality and timely service to clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum of 12 months post‑qualification experience in the construction industry or a related profession. Excellent written and verbal communication, mathematical, and organizational skills. Proficient with programme‑management software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and MS Project, and with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access). Experience in a contracting or consulting environment is an advantage but not essential.
