Our new gigafactory in Sagunto (Valencia) is driving a project that’s transforming both the region and the future of clean mobility in Europe — and you can be part of it. /p h3Your role and key responsibilities /h3 pThis position is part of our Human Resources Department, which brings together teams from People People Services, Talent, Organization, Compensation Benefits, Culture, and Learning Development. Together, they support every business area and help shape a workplace where people can grow, belong, and thrive. /p ul liConduct research and analysis on labor‑related topics, providing legal opinions and recommendations based on applicable laws and jurisprudence. /li liProvide legal guidance on interpreting and enforcing terms within labor contracts. /li liParticipate in negotiations with unions and workers’ representatives, collaborating with the labor relations team to integrate legal considerations. /li liAssist in Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, offering guidance and support. /li liProvide legal assistance in disciplinary actions, terminations, and other employment‑related matters. /li liPrepare reports and documentation on labor‑related topics to aid in decision‑making. /li /ul h3What you bring to the team /h3 ul liVocational training or a bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Law, or a related field, preferably with a focus or specialization in Human Resources. /li liMinimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in Labor Relations, Law, and Human Resources, ideally in a strategic or business‑partnering capacity. /li liProven knowledge of Spanish law and labor relations in Spain. /li liFluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken; experience working in international environments is a strong asset. /li liWillingness to work in Sagunto from the start; please note that while some positions are currently based in Valencia, our operations will progressively move to Sagunto. /li liPlease submit your CV in English. /li /ul h3What makes you stand out /h3 pPossession of a disability certificate of 33% or more is valued.
