Experteer Overview As a Senior Estimator, you will develop robust project cost estimates from early design through contract award, using bottom-up and top-down methods. You’ll align target costs with NEC4, PSC and ECC contracts, and work with delivery partners to validate value for money. You’ll support buildability, manage cost data, and communicate estimates to cross-functional teams. This role sits in the Commercial and Framework Management team, contributing to effective programme and asset management within the Environment Agency. A hybrid role with regional hub visits and training, offering opportunities to influence major infrastructure projects and ensure affordable, deliverable solutions.
