This role sits at the intersection of advanced robotics, industrial automation, and Physical AI. You will serve as the technical bridge between Trener’s technology and the market, helping channel partners and customers understand, evaluate, and deploy our solutions. /p pBased in the Barcelona area, you will be part of our initial local team supporting customers across Southern Europe, including Spain, France, Italy, and Portugal. Reporting to the EMEA Sales Manager, you will work closely with channel partners, end customers, and internal teams from first discovery through successful deployment. Your work will directly influence customer success, market development, and the adoption of a new generation of AI‑powered robotics. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the technical side of the sales cycle, including product demonstrations, customer discovery, and technical evaluation. /li liAct as the primary technical advisor for channel partners, prospective customers, and key stakeholders. /li liAssess customer production environments, identify automation opportunities, and recommend practical solutions. /li liDefine robotic automation solutions end‑to‑end, including technical proposals, system specifications, and ROI analyses. /li liTranslate complex robotics and automation concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders, decision‑makers, channel partners, and customers. /li liOversee the technical project development phase and support post‑sales engagement to ensure customer success. /li liRepresent Trener at trade shows, customer meetings, partner events, and industry conferences. /li liSupport marketing and sales with application content, customer use cases, and case studies. /li liServe as the voice of the market internally, sharing customer and partner feedback with RD, product, and operations teams. /li liHelp build scalable applications engineering processes as Trener expands across the EMEA region. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Automation, or a related technical field. /li li3–5 years of experience in applications engineering, field engineering, sales engineering, or another customer‑facing technical role. /li liExperience working in industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing technology, or a related field. /li liStrong ability to assess production processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose automation solutions. /li liComfortable walking a factory floor and discussing technical requirements with operators, engineers, and decision‑makers. /li liAbility to develop clear technical proposals, system specifications, and business value analyses. /li liStrong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. /li liProfessional proficiency in English and Spanish. /li liAbility to travel across Southern Europe as needed. /li liDemonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast‑moving startup environment. /li /ul h3What Will Differentiate You /h3 ul liExperience with machine tending, CNC automation, or robotic manufacturing applications. /li liExperience working with channel partners, distributors, or systems integrators. /li liFamiliarity with lean manufacturing, Industry 4.0, or smart factory principles. /li liIndustry certifications in robotics, automation, or related technical areas. /li liProfessional proficiency in French, Italian, or Portuguese. /li liExperience helping introduce new automation technologies into industrial environments. /li liA passion for robotics, AI, manufacturing, and working directly with customers. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liA unique opportunity to help bring Physical AI and advanced robotics software into real industrial environments. /li liA key role in a growing startup where your contributions have a direct impact on market development and customer success. /li liThe chance to work with a team that brings deep expertise across robotics, AI, and industrial automation. /li liCompetitive salary, employee equity, and bonuses. /li liA dynamic international environment across Norway, the United States, Spain, and the broader EMEA region. /li liA Barcelona‑based role with flexibility to travel across Southern Europe. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pThis role is based in the Barcelona area and will support customers and partners across Southern Europe. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
