This might be your next challenge. /p pAbout the Role /p pYou will be responsible for managing task assignments, performing email triaging, and ensuring accurate payment allocation in Surety. This includes timely and accurate review of client requests, assigning tasks to the appropriate sub‑team, segregating new transaction requests and amendments from general client inquiries to ensure fast processing and completeness. Your role is key in ensuring outstanding client experience and communication to our global corporate clients and brokers. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManaging task assignments and performing email triaging. /li liEnsuring accurate payment allocation in Surety. /li liReviewing client requests. /li liAssigning requests to appropriate sub‑team. /li liSegregating new transaction requests and amendments from general client inquiries. /li liCoordinating with internal stakeholders in the International Surety Desk in various regions and markets and with external stakeholders such as clients and brokers. /li liAnalyzing incoming emails and documents, evaluating task requirements to determine whether they involve new transactions, amendments, or general inquiries. /li liProcessing and allocating client payments accurately in line with business requirements, supporting reconciliation of payments and premium booking. /li liResolving discrepancies or escalating issues related to booking in a timely manner. /li liProviding support to clients on account statements, communicating with clients to clarify payment inquiries or gathering additional information. /li liCollaborating with internal stakeholders within the International Surety Desk team for timely task assignments, payment triaging, and premium bookings. /li /ul h3About the Team /h3 pInternational Surety Desk is an emerging team, collaborating with global Surety business teams. Our team is spread across many locations in Europe, Asia Pacific, as well as North and Latin America. /p pAs part of the International Surety transformation project, we are implementing a new International Surety Model with new roles and responsibilities, standardizing and improving processes. We are also extending our international surety partner network. /p h3About You /h3 pYou have a solid background in transaction administration and client servicing within the financial sector. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and can manage multiple priorities with precision. /p pYou are detail‑oriented and analytical, with the ability to quickly assess incoming requests and ensure accurate task allocation. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills make you confident in engaging directly with clients and brokers, providing clear guidance and maintaining exceptional service standards. /p pYou are proactive, take ownership of your responsibilities, and work independently while being a collaborative team player. Building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners comes naturally to you, and you are passionate about delivering a seamless client experience. /p pCompleted commercial education – preferably banking specialist or baccalaureate studies in economics or international trade – or job experience equivalent to the related fields. /p pFirst experience in Trade Finance or in the banking field. /p pPrevious experience in a client‑facing role, preferably in a finance environment. /p pProficiency in English and German language, reading, written, and verbal. /p pDemonstrate good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. /p h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience with trade finance transaction processing or credit insurance products or a similar role involving task management. /li liExperience in payment allocation and reconciliation. /li liAdditional languages, especially French and Italian. /li liFamiliarity with task‑management tools. /li /ul pFor Spain, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 27,000 and EUR 45,000 (for a full‑time role). The specific salary offered considers the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
