You participate in the team’s decision through Requests For Comments that you write yourself or reading others’.br/ You will be a product engineer, taking ownership of big initiatives, and being interested in the outcome, not just the output. About the outcome, you’ll also work with your team members to bestablish goals and plan a quarterly roadmap /b, putting special attention to the technical needs of our domain.br/ You will binvolved in customer calls /b to learn about their pains needs.br/ You will breview code daily /b and get feedback on your own code at every pull request, from all team members, including juniors.br/ You will blearn from the entire team /b, both on technical topics (performance, architecture…) and core skills, in an environment driven by engineering quality.
