Within this environment, you will work in a local team setup that is part of our multimatrix organization – meaning your local team, your project team, and your reporting line may differ, giving you broad exposure, flexibility, and diverse collaboration opportunities. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOperate, administer, and continuously enhance Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, with a focus on Ping Identity solutions. /liliManage and maintain Ping Identity components in on‑premise or hybrid infrastructures. /liliMonitor system health, connectors, workflows, and integrations, proactively identifying and resolving issues. /liliManage access control policies, authentication flows, and integrations, particularly using PingAM. /liliMaintain integrations with directories, HR systems, applications, ITSM platforms, and SIEM tools. /liliImplement system changes, patches, and enhancements in accordance with change management best practices. /liliCollaborate closely with customer teams to improve processes, performance, and system reliability. /liliMaintain and update technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles. /li /ulh3Experience /h3ulliHands‑on experience with one or more Ping Identity products, such as PingAM, PingIDM, or PingDirectory (PingDS) (formerly ForgeRock).
