But also having a lot of fun along the journey! /p pAre you ready to live a once in a lifetime experience? /p pWe are looking for an iOS engineer to join our mobile team in Zaragoza. /p h3KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: /h3 pYou will join a team of talented and passionate engineers that will help adidas deliver the best mobile apps and experiences to our Digital Consumers. /p pAs a mobile developer in the team, you will be responsible for: /p ul liTake ownership of tasks, build credibility through high-quality execution, and share learnings to support more junior team members. /li liGuide individuals to collaborate within and across teams and arrive at decisions as one team. /li liDrive horizontal initiatives that contribute to the overall strategy and engage others to create actionable plans for success. /li liExplore innovations and process improvements, and give stretch opportunities to others to support growth and development. /li liStay up to date with the latest relevant market developments and trends, and encourage others to do the same. /li /ul h3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 p5+ years of experience in mobile software development, with a strong focus on the iOS platform. A college or university degree in Information Technology or a related field is a plus. /p pExperience working with iOS, Swift, and SwiftUI. /p pDeep knowledge of architecture, databases, the iOS ecosystem, and testing concepts. /p pStrong interpersonal and communication skills (English), especially when interacting and collaborating with different levels of the business and external vendors. /p pAbility to embrace change, own topics, come up with proposals, make decisions as one team, and act comfortably with risk and uncertainty. /p pAbility to work on highly complex projects at a global level and lead conversations and small initiatives if needed. /p pKotlin, Objective-C, or backend experience is a plus. /p pwatchOS and macOS development are a plus. /p h3MAIN TECHNOLOGIES WE USE /h3 pAdvanced experience with Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, and asynchronous code. /p pExperience with different design patterns such as MVVM, TCA, MVVMC, and VIPER. /p pYou understand what makes a good architecture and can explain it well. /p pExperience with unit testing, snapshot testing, and REST calls. /p pExperience with CI/CD tools such as Bitrise, Actions, and Jenkins, including pipeline maintenance and debugging. /p pYou have worked with App Store Connect and know what it takes to publish an application, including Certificates, Profiles, App IDs, and TestFlight. /p pExperience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. /p pExperience with Tuist and Fastlane is a plus. /p pExperience or willingness to leverage AI-powered development tools to boost productivity, code quality, and innovation. /p h3WHAT YOUR JOURNEY WOULD LOOK LIKE /h3 pIn the first month, you’ll: onboard into our codebase, get familiar with the team and our ways of working, and open your first pull request. /p pWithin the first 3 months, you’ll: start taking ownership of development tasks end to end, collaborate confidently across teams, and contribute high-quality improvements to the product. /p pWithin the first 6 months, you’ll: work more independently within the team, contribute to technical discussions, and help improve code quality, processes, and delivery. /p pWithin the first 12 months, you’ll: become a trusted contributor within the team, support key initiatives, share knowledge with others, and help raise the overall quality of the product and engineering practices. /p h3WHAT IF I DON’T CHECK ALL THE BOXES? /h3 pIt’s ok if some of the technology or terminology mentioned here are new for you.
