Today, we operate more than 130 overseas warehouses across 23 countries and regions through our international brands JoyLogistics and JoyExpress, supporting JD.com’s rapidly expanding global logistics network. /p h3About the Team /h3 pYou’ll join the JD Logistics Operations team, where collaboration, ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do. /p h3Position Overview /h3 pAs a Warehouse Manager, you will lead all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and productivity. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libStrategic Planning Warehouse Development /b – Develop warehouse strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives. Design warehouse operational standards, annual operating plans, and management systems. Plan warehouse layouts and equipment configurations. Drive warehouse standardization, digital transformation, and smart‑warehouse initiatives to continuously improve operational efficiency. /li libEnd‑to‑End Warehouse Operations /b – Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, packing, and order fulfilment. Monitor key operational KPIs such as inventory accuracy, stock turnover, productivity, and service performance. Optimize workflows, warehouse processes, and resource allocation to improve efficiency while reducing errors and inventory losses. /li libCost Management Continuous Improvement /b – Analyze warehouse cost structures, including labour, equipment, and facility utilisation. Develop and implement cost optimisation initiatives without compromising operational quality. Promote process improvements, lean methodologies, and warehouse automation solutions. Monitor labour productivity and warehouse space utilisation to continuously improve performance. /li libLeadership People Management /b – Recruit, coach, develop, and manage warehouse teams. Foster a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous learning. Build effective organisational structures to support business growth. Ensure full compliance with health safety regulations and company policies. /li libRisk Control /b – Manage operational risks, business continuity, emergency situations, and incident response to maintain a safe working environment. /li libCross‑Functional Collaboration /b – Partner closely with Transportation, Commercial, Customer Service, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to optimise end‑to‑end operations. Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction. Gather customer feedback and translate insights into continuous warehouse service improvements. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. /li liMinimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. /li liProven experience managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). /li liStrong leadership and people‑management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high‑performing teams. /li liExcellent analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liFluent in French and English, both written and spoken; Mandarin considered a strong advantage. /li liSolid knowledge of health safety regulations and warehouse compliance standards. /li liAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and continuously evolving environment. /li liPrevious experience in e‑commerce fulfilment or high‑volume logistics operations is highly desirable. /li /ul h3Diversity Inclusion /h3 pAt JD Logistics, we are committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
