ph3Location /h3 p2875 S Elm Ave, Fresno, California 93706 /p h3Work Shift /h3 p8hr-1st Shift (United States of America) /p pThe Production Packaging Associate is an entry level position, responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products. This position will also load, move material, and operate packaging equipment. The Production Packaging Associate will also be required to follow Good Manufacturing Practices. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDemonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies. /li liDemonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule. /li liDemonstrates a Teamwork attitude by working well and effectively with others. /li liAdheres to company General Manufacturing Policies. /li liKeeps the work area neat, clean, and organized. /li liMonitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines. /li liPick up dropped bottles from production floor and place into designated bins. /li liPlace discarded bottles into grinder, if applicable. /li liInspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling. /li liPerforms bottle inspections, such as drop tests for designated lines. /li liImmediately escalates all bottle abnormalities, defects and quality issues when found. /li liMonitor supply levels of packaging materials and replenish as needed. /li liEnsure correct labeling, bottle description and packaging of product in accordance with specific customer requirements. /li liMove finished goods to designated area. /li liEnsure efficient set up and organization of workstations. Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to facilitate smooth transitions between shifts. /li liOther duties as assigned by management. /li liDuties may differentiate by plant based on equipment and plant design. /li liReasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pThe requirements listed below are minimum requirements for the job. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes.
