We run hotels, buildings, and premium homes end-to-end for owners who want professional management, real visibility, and performance that improves month after month. /p pToday that's 4 hotels and 6 short-term-rental buildings in Gran Canaria, run by a lean, ambitious team that moves fast and cares about getting it right. We're asset-light by design and seriously tech-enabled in execution, using a modern operating system that turns daily complexity into consistent service and clean reporting. We're not a big company with layers and committees. We're a handful of high-energy people chasing the same mission: building the Canary Islands' next-gen operator. /p h3The role /h3 pThis is our first Asset Manager hire. You won't inherit a playbook, you'll build the function, and you'll report directly to the CEO while working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Head of Operations and Accountant. /p pYou'll own the financial performance and value-creation plan for the whole portfolio: setting the budget and forecast for each asset, driving GOP / EBITDA, partnering with revenue on pricing and channel mix, controlling costs with operations, prioritising CapEx by ROI, and producing owner-ready reporting that's clear enough to act on. Finance, operations, and revenue meet at your desk. /p h3Who we're looking for /h3 ul li3+ years owning a PL: hospitality finance, asset management, FPA, or multi-unit operations. /li liYou read a PL fast, build budgets and forecasts, and turn the numbers into decisions, not just dashboards. /li liFluent in hospitality metrics (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR) and what actually drives profit. /li liStructured and self-directed: you can align operations, revenue, and ownership around a few clear priorities without being chased. /li liData-driven and genuinely tech-comfortable (PMS, channel managers, revenue tools are a plus). /li liSpanish C1+ and solid English (B2+). /li /ul h3The details /h3 ul liFull-time, on-site at our Las Palmas office, Monday to Friday (some flex around monthly closes and reporting). /li li€40-55k depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus tied to portfolio results. /li liHigh autonomy, direct impact on profit and asset value, and room to grow fast as we scale. /li /ul h3Apply /h3 pIf you love connecting operations and finance and want to help build something from the ground up, email me directly at or reach out on LinkedIn. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
