For an international organisation based in the UK with operations across Europe, we are supporting the recruitment of a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across multiple business functions. This role works in close partnership with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, proactive, and inclusive recruitment service, supporting business growth and the wider people agenda. The position also contributes to the development of early careers initiatives, including apprenticeships and graduate recruitment. Key Responsibilities - Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and role definition through to sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. - Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert advice and guidance on recruitment best practices. - Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process. - Proactively source direct candidates, support offer processes and contract initiation, reinforcing a strong employer brand. - Manage relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies, job boards, colleges, and universities. - Ensure compliance with UK and European employment legislation, including Right to Work, visa processes, GDPR, and data protection requirements. - Support employee career journeys, including relocation, visa applications, and benefits administration. - Use recruitment data and insights to monitor effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend improvements. - Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all recruitment and onboarding activities. - Maintain accurate records and manage confidential information with a high level of attention to detail. Requirements - Minimum 2 years’ experience managing the full recruitment cycle. - Solid knowledge of UK and European employment legislation. - Experience with HR systems (Workday experience preferred). - Fluent in English and Spanish; French or German is an advantage. - Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Confident user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to learn new systems quickly En Adecco creemos en la igualdad de oportunidades y apostamos por el Talento Sin Etiquetas
