Reporting to the bMerchant Services Domain Lead /b, you will be a key driver in building out our bdata offerings /b, ensuring product‑market fit, and defining how we deliver best‑in‑class data products on the back of Open Banking and Open Finance. A primary focus will be identifying and executing on new revenue‑generating opportunities and data‑driven value propositions for our merchants. /p pYou will balance technical depth in PSD2/AIS with the strategic leadership required to drive a "challenger" brand in a complex regulatory environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and articulate the roadmap for the Data Solutions team, aligning it with Brite’s overall instant payment objectives. /li liAct as the functional lead for a team of highly skilled engineers, providing day‑to‑day direction and vision required to deliver outstanding data products. Mentor other Product Managers to foster a culture of innovation and high performance. /li liProactively identify new revenue streams and use cases for our data solutions, leveraging Brite’s unique data assets to create high‑value offerings for both existing and new merchants. /li liWork closely with Merchant Solutions, Marketing, and merchants themselves to translate feedback into features and package products effectively for the market. /li liAct as the primary point of contact for CXO‑level executives, providing regular updates on the Data Solution strategy, progress, and performance. /li liDefine and iterate on ways of working to ensure efficiency and accuracy in your team's delivery. /li liPartner with dedicated connectivity teams for infrastructure maintenance, acting as the primary advocate for your product’s health and pushing for swift resolutions to technical blockers. /li liEstablish and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and validate product hypotheses. /li liAct as a Brite ambassador at conferences and client meetings, staying at the forefront of Open Finance developments. /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in product management, specifically within fintech or payments; preferably building data related products. /li liDeep understanding of PSD2, AIS, and Open Banking impacts from both a technical and customer perspective.
