This is not a classic PM role. You will define strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, run user research, and bring enough design sensibility to shape how experiences look and feel without waiting for a designer to do it for you. /p pIf you think in user problems, communicate in prototypes, and enjoy moving fast from insight to shipped feature, you will thrive here. /p pbLocation /b: Remote / Malaga, Spain /p pbSchedule /b: Full-time /p h3Tasks /h3 pThis is a high-ownership role that blends classic product management with hands-on design and research skills. Expect to: /p ul liOwn the product roadmap for your area: define what gets built, when, and why /li liRun user research: interviews, usability tests, surveys, and synthesis into clear product decisions /li liWrite detailed specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering can act on immediately /li liProduce wireframes, user flows, and low-to-mid fidelity mockups to communicate your thinking before involving engineering /li liUse Figma and/or Design Claude to collaborate on designs and validate ideas without creating a bottleneck /li liBuild lightweight POCs using AI-assisted tools (Cursor, v0) to test concepts quickly /li liDefine and track product metrics: you own outcomes, not just output /li liCollaborate with engineering, commercial, and ops to align priorities and remove blockers /li liPresent roadmap and product decisions to C-level stakeholders with clarity and confidence /li liDocument decisions, rationale, and learnings for an async, distributed team /li /ul pThis role requires someone who takes full ownership, bridges research and execution, and is as comfortable in a user interview as they are writing a spec or sketching a flow. /p h3Requirements /h3 pbMust Have /b /p ul li3 to 5 years in a product management role, ideally in B2C tech or a marketplace /li liStrong discovery skills: user research, problem framing, insight synthesis /li liExperience writing detailed product specs and working directly with engineering teams /li liAbility to produce wireframes, flows, or low-fidelity designs to communicate ideas /li liData-informed mindset: comfortable defining success metrics and making decisions from data /li liClear communicator, written and verbal, comfortable presenting to non-technical audiences /li liA proactive, ownership-driven approach with bias toward action /li /ul pbNice to Have /b /p ul liWorking knowledge of Figma: components, auto-layout, interactive prototypes /li liExperience with AI-assisted prototyping tools (Claude Design or similar) /li liBackground in mobility, automotive, or marketplace products /li liFamiliarity with mobile-first product design (iOS/Android conventions) /li liBasic understanding of APIs or component-driven development /li liExperience shipping products across multiple European markets or multi-locale platforms /li /ul pbOur Stack /b /p ul liFigma (design collaboration and wireframing) /li liClaude Design, Cursor (AI-assisted POC building) /li liLinear, Notion (planning and documentation) /li liFrontend ecosystem: React, Next.js, TypeScript /li /ul pYou will help define how our product tooling and processes evolve moving forward. /p h3Benefits /h3 ul libReal ownership: /b You will define what gets built and why.
