Your Role You will play a key role in managing and continuously improving our logistics operations, ensuring products move efficiently from suppliers to warehouses, stores, project sites, and customers. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating domestic and international logistics operations. Managing transport providers, warehouses, and delivery partners. Planning, monitoring, and optimizing inbound and outbound shipments. Ensuring daily deliveries are completed on time -monitoring OTIF performance -and quickly resolving any transport issues. Optimizing logistics processes, reduce costs, and maintain service levels Working closely with purchasing, sales, customer service, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution. Maintaining accurate logistics data and ERP records. Supporting inventory flow, warehouse efficiency, and continuous operational improvements. Continuously identifying opportunities to improve transport efficiency and service quality. What We're Looking For Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain operations. Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Supervisor, Supply Chain Coordinator, or Logistics Manager. Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain processes. Experience managing logistics KPIs and driving operational improvements. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with ERP systems A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to take ownership and improve processes. Driving licence. Based in the Málaga region. Why Join Zoco Home?
