ph3University Mid-Level Research Support Officer – Group C /h3 pbReference number: /b HR-26/031 /p pbStart Period: /b Monday, July 6, 2026 /p pbEnd Period: /b 23:59 p.m. on Thursday, July 16, 2026 /p pbRequired requirements: /b /p ul liHold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics /li liSix months of experience supporting nutrition/health research projects, preferably in intervention studies with participants. /li /ul pbMain functions to be developed: /b /p ul liCollaboration, under the direct supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI), in the material execution of the nutritional assessment tests of the patients included in the clinical studies (taking anthropometric measurements, completing nutritional screening tests and recording dietary follow-up). /li liSupport in the application and monitoring of nutritional interventions prescribed by the PI in the context of liver disease studies. /li liCompletion of the formal collection and dumping of dietary data through the supervised administration of 24-hour reminders, frequency questionnaires and food records, without autonomous diagnostic capacity. /li liCollaboration in administrative and support tasks for the preparation of draft research protocols in nutrition and hepatology under the guidelines of the project manager. /li liTransfer and maintenance of clinical data in electronic data collection notebooks (eCRF), ensuring their transcription according to the instructions received. /li liCollaboration in the formal review of databases for the detection of inconsistencies, communicating the queries to the IP or senior staff for their resolution. /li liTrial Master File (TMF) management and archiving. /li liMonitoring assistance: Provide logistical and administrative support during monitoring visits and audits with constant supervision by the IP. /li liFacilitate communication channels and exchange of technical documentation between principal investigators, monitors (CRA) and the rest of the work team. /li liCollaboration in the preparation, organization and sending of the necessary documentation intended for the Ethics Committees for Research with medicines (CEIm). /li liSupport tasks assigned strictly following standardized work procedures, Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) regulations, AEMPS guidelines and RD 1090/2015, under the direction of the PI. /li liSupport in data transcription, information organization and preparation of administrative support for the preparation of reports, databases and presentation of preliminary results. /li liIn addition to the above, other technical and operational support tasks may be carried out, always within the functions corresponding to Group C of University Graduate/a in Research Support. /li /ul pbContact: /b / /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
