ph3Overview /h3pStructural Mechanical Design Engineer (MDE) responsible for developing design proposals, specifications, submittal drawings, production drawings and other data to evaluate feasibility, cost implications, and maintenance requirements for Prefabricated Modular Data Centers. The MDE identifies project requirements, provides design solutions that meet customer and site needs, and protects the customer’s best interests throughout the project. The role requires a diversified portfolio of technical skills, including knowledge of structural design, Revit, Autodesk Robots, Teckla, CREO, and finite element analysis. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ullibTender Phase: /b ulliProgram the project with the customer or representative to understand and document owner’s requirements. /liliInfluence solutions and understand local codes and ordinances. /liliRevise structural designs during tendering stages, guide solutions, and develop design documents to support the proposal. /liliProvide engineering information by answering questions and requests. /liliPrepare and update quotation templates, including technical specifications for the region. /liliValidate designs from third‑party integrators/vendors to meet project and customer expectations. /li /ul /lilibFactory/Commissioning Support (Barcelona facility): /b ulliDesign review and approval for third‑party solutions for ISO and non‑ISO structures. /liliDesign mechanical and structural elements of prefabricated buildings. /liliValidate structural steel frames per applicable building codes. /liliCreate documentation (manufacturing drawings, calculation notes, transportation and lifting documentation, testing procedures). /li /ul /lilibFactory/Commissioning Support (other facilities): /b ulliValidate designs from third‑party factories/suppliers. /liliSupport engineering requests from teams, factory, commissioning, sub‑contractors, services, and site support. /liliContribute to team efforts to achieve related results as needed. /li /ul /liliTravel to customer sites to support technical resolution. /liliParticipate in offer safety related meetings. /li /ulh3Skills Capabilities /h3ulliMaintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional societies. /liliWork on international projects under various local regulations, seismic compliance, and other standards. /liliExcellent teamwork and communication skills. /liliProficiency with Autodesk Revit, CREO, Teckla, and Robots. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliStructural or mechanical engineering degree. /liliMinimum 3 years of structural and mechanical design experience in steel constructions. /liliGood English speaking, written, and verbal skills. /liliStrong communication and teamwork abilities. /liliCapability to work in a multi‑discipline engineering environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
