Specifically, you will receive goods from suppliers, manage inventory rotation (FIFO), organize cold rooms and storage spaces, and prepare orders for hotel departments. To achieve this, you will execute goods receiving, inventory tracking, and stock replenishment. At the same time, you will keep all storage rooms and cold chambers pristine. Therefore, you will enforce FIFO rotation rules, prepare internal department orders, and conduct stock audits.
