Ready to become one? /p h3Role /h3 pAs a Lead Data Modeler, you will spearhead data modeling initiatives for our clients. You will lead a team of data modelers, delivering tailored data use cases and products that solve complex business challenges for our clients. This role is crucial in driving data strategy, ensuring the creation of robust, reusable data assets, and implementing advanced data automation solutions. You will foster a collaborative environment, promote best practices, and align data modeling efforts with our clients’ unique enterprise data model and strategic goals. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTeam Leadership Management: ul liLead, mentor, and develop a team of data modelers. /li liEstablish and maintain efficient team processes, adapting to the diverse platform and organizational needs of our clients. /li liManage team capacity and task assignments. /li liProvide guidance and support to enhance team skills in business analysis, the use of data platforms, their applications and data automation tools (BiGenius), tailored to client needs. /li liConduct recruitment and onboarding of new team members to support our clients’ teams. /li /ul /li liData Model Delivery: ul liCollaborate with client project managers to define clear deliverables and timelines. /li liBalance rapid delivery of client use cases with the creation of long‑term, reusable data assets that benefit our clients. /li liManage dependencies between client data domains. /li liLiaise with vendors to adapt tools to specific client requirements. /li liEnsure the coherence and integrity of our clients' enterprise data model, and the consistency of their data products and data contracts. /li /ul /li liData Model Governance: ul liPartner with client data domain managers and squad teams to foster organic growth of reusable data assets. /li liCollaborate with client governance teams to maintain consistent data terminology. /li liManage and optimize data automation tools and associated best practices for client environments. /li liSupport client teams in implementing modern data delivery practices (source control, CI/CD, PR). /li liPromote best practices for business model using ELM methodology, Data Vault modeling and encourage the use of agile models. /li /ul /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProficiency in data vault modeling and agile modeling techniques.
