The Floor Cashier plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and efficiency of all guest billing and payment processes. Acting as a key liaison between the service floor, bar, reservations, and Finance Department, you’ll ensure that every transaction is executed with precision, discretion, and care. /ppDetail-oriented and highly organized, you thrive in high-pressure environments and are committed to delivering a seamless final impression for our guests. Your integrity and professionalism set the tone for a trustworthy and refined guest experience at the point of payment. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProcess guest checkouts across various outlets (restaurant, beach, bar, cabanas) with speed and precision. /liliHandle all types of payments (cash, credit card, vouchers) securely via the POS system. /liliEnsure all orders, modifiers, and charges are correctly entered before generating the final bill. /liliCollaborate closely with Waiters, Head Hostess, and the Reservations team to maintain billing accuracy. /liliManage complex transactions including split bills, payment adjustments, and special billing requests. /liliMonitor and reconcile the cash drawer daily, maintaining proper float and balance. /liliPrepare accurate end-of-shift reports, handovers, and POS documentation. /liliValidate all discounts, voids, and comps with appropriate approvals and documentation. /liliFollow internal SOPs for cash, tip handling, invoicing, and guest receipts. /liliSupport the coordination of large group payments, pre-paid packages, or private events. /liliMaintain clean, organized, and secure cashier stations at all times. /liliCommunicate discrepancies immediately to the Finance Department. /liliEnsure strict compliance with accounting controls and data protection standards. /liliParticipate in daily briefings and remain informed of pricing, promotions, and service updates. /liliUphold our brand with confidentiality, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications and Competencies /h3ulliProven experience in a cashier or finance-related hospitality role. /liliStrong numerical and data entry skills with excellent accuracy. /liliHigh integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information. /liliAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. /liliFamiliarity with POS systems and payment processing technology. /liliStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. /liliFluency in English is mandatory; other languages are a plus. /liliWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliShared tips service charge /liliDaily staff meals provided on-site /liliOpportunity to work with an international hospitality brand /li /ulpNote: This description focuses on the responsibilities and requirements of the Floor Cashier role and does not include promotional or non-essential content. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
